Please book your flight to arrive at Medford Airport (MFR) by 3:00 p.m. ReCharge The Soul can connect you with a driver for you to arrange your transportation at your own cost. Travel from the Airport to Mount Shasta is 1.5 hours.

Highlights
Arrival day and we have an opening ceremony so everyone can connect and get to know each other!
Lifetime friendships are at our retreats. That night, along with an amazing dinner, we have a few “ice breakers” not just to get to know each other, but also ourselves.
Our private chef prepares delicious & healthy meals throughout the retreat.
Opening Ceremony and finishing with a sound bath and yoga nidra.
We will Teach you miracle mornings and life coaching tools that you can implement when you go home.
Massages happen on this day and we have opening workshops. Our goal is to have you release things that are no longer serving you and call in your highest good.
We finish the day with a sound bath from our master sound bath healer. We are finishing the day in circle to check in with ourselves and each other.

For the afternoon workshop, then Finish the day with an amazing dinner from our incredible private chef and a Burning Bowl Ceremony on the beach to release blocks, old stories or habits that keep you stuck.
Every retreat is just a little bit different and tailored to the group’s intentions out of this magical experience. ReCharge The Soul may adjust the itinerary based on the wants/needs of the group. Workshops are subject to changes as well as any activities. Please know that all workshops and activities are optional, but ReCharge The Soul highly encourages your participation as they see the participants gain more out of the retreats when they are fully engaged. The itinerary is subject to change according to a wide variety of factors including availability, weather, trail conditions, etc.
