Arrival Information:
Airport - Barcelona International Airport (BCN)
Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Barcelona Airport (BCN) by 3:00 p.m. Transfer from and to the airport is included. ReCharge The Soul will pick you up from the airport. Please arrange your flights home for the early morning of the last day of the retreat. Shuttle for the airport will depart the villa early morning.

Itinerary:
DAY 1
The first day is arrival at the Barcelona Airport where we first connect with you up. Upon landing, we want you to have a smiling face waiting for you. Settling in at the beautiful villa on the beach, we then have an opening ceremony so everyone can connect and get to know each other! Breathwork and gentle flow yoga. Lifetime friendships are at our retreats. That night, along with an amazing dinner, we have a few “ice breakers” not just to get to know each other, but also ourselves. Healing Soundbath session. Our private chef prepares delicious & healthy meals throughout the retreat.
DAY 2
R&R day at the Villa. After travel, it is wonderful to relax into the experience. There is a beautiful pool in the center and a gorgeous beach in front of us. We start the day with a gentle flow yoga for stretching and unwinding. Teach miracle mornings so you can implement those when you go home. Massages happen on this day and we have opening workshops called the “Soul Process”. Our goal is to have you release things that are no longer serving you and call in your highest good. The burning bowl ceremony is a wonderful way to end the workshop. We finish the day with a sound bath healing and Yoga Nidra to unwind for a great night’s sleep.
DAY 3
We start with breath work/ yoga flow (Bailee is wonderful at helping beginners to this beautiful practice to release anxiety, stress, or worry). We then have a delicious & nutritious breakfast from our private chef (all meals are included in your retreat experience). Then off to our first adventure hiking exploring the breathtaking beauty of the coast of Spain. Back at the villa, you can soak up the sea air by the pool or just relax with some free time. That night, we close the day with a workshop, circle, and sound bath (all activities are optional).
DAY 4
We start the day with breakfast & miracle morning teaching you tools to bring home with you. Then leave the villa for a fun day of retail therapy and exploring Barcelona. We have lunch in Barcelona in the Gothic Quarter exploring the medieval cobblestone streets and ending in the heart of the magnificent city. Optional bus tour of the city to see the bigger landmarks. Finishing the day with a wonderful dinner, circle, and sound bath.
DAY 5
Your day begins with yoga and breathwork. Some downtime to enjoy each other, the view, or just relax by the pool. Our final life coaching workshop with the Power Wheel is that afternoon. Individual intuitive readings are sprinkled throughout the week since they are “one on one”. There is an optional hike that afternoon after our workshop for gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. Ending the day with a huge celebration closing ceremony and dinner.
DAY 6
We have our final breakfast together and miracle morning and Yoga
Every retreat is just a little bit different and tailored to the group’s intentions out of this magical experience. ReCharge The Soul may adjust the itinerary based on the wants/needs of the group. Workshops are subject to changes as well as any activities. Please know that all workshops and activities are optional, but ReCharge The Soul highly encourages your participation as they see the participants gain more out of the retreats when they are fully engaged. The itinerary is subject to change according to a wide variety of factors including availability, weather, trail conditions, etc.
